How does institutional licensing work?
One license covers your entire organization — unlimited seats for investigators, analysts, and compliance officers. Package pricing is based on organization size and needs. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Is Iknaio GDPR-compliant, and where is customer data stored?
Iknaio operates under EU data-protection rules and all customer investigation data is processed and stored within the EU. Institutional customers receive a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as part of their licensing contract. For details on deployment options (shared vs. dedicated environments) or specific compliance documentation, please contact us.
What does the vetting process for the Free tier involve?
We verify that applicants are researchers, public-sector analysts, or other professionals with a legitimate use case. The process typically involves confirming your identity and institutional affiliation.
Which package includes the CSAM Checker?
The CSAM Checker is included in the Institutional package. It checks a cryptoasset address against known CSAM attribution tags on every blockchain the address exists on and labels each hit with the relationship that produced it. Contact us if you need it for a smaller team.
What are Lite blockchains?
Lite blockchains are eight more blockchains in Pathfinder: BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche C-Chain, Gnosis and Robinhood Chain. They offer transaction-based tracing with a reduced feature set: transactions, attribution tags, related addresses, bridge transfers and API access are available; Relationship mode (aggregate tracing) is not. They are included in the Professional and Institutional packages and can be switched on and off in the Pathfinder settings. See Supported Blockchains for a full comparison.
