Our co-founder Bernhard Haslhofer is on the Organizing Committee for the 4th International Cryptoasset Analytics Workshop (CAAW), which will take place on April 18, 2025 in Miyakojima, Japan. 

CAAW 2025 invites researchers from various academic disciplines to disseminate their current research on cryptoassets and their ecosystems. In this sense, the workshop will facilitate discussions on analytics methods across layers - P2P networks, consensus models, on-chain and off-chain data. It will also cover wider discussions about legal or ethical issues, privacy and security.

The event is co-located with Financial Cryptography and Data Security 2025; therefore, there will be a mix of invited speeches and peer-reviewed research presentations. Presentation topics can include empirical studies, analytical tools, case studies, or datasets creating a holistic view of the field of cryptoasset analytics. 

As part of the Organizing Committee, Bernhard helps to define the agenda and facilitates collaboration across a range of academics in the area. Overall, it offers a valuable opportunity to help advance the field and to discuss current challenges and opportunities in the evolution of Cryptoassets and Analytics.
